to join us.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with customers throughout the day, providing clear communication, and ensuring a seamless service experience from start to finish.

• Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience
• Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates
• Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion
• Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle
• Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information

• Automotive Service Advisor experience is required.
• Previous automotive dealership experience preferred
• Positive & Friendly Attitude
• Interpersonal Communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Strong desire to provide an exceptional client experience
• Ability to achieve targeted goals
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License

The compensation range reasonably expected for this position is $50'000-$90'000

/a year
based on inidividual performance.
