AM Shift 6:30am-9:30am
PM shift 3:30pm-6pm

BEST Education provides extended day, summer, and enrichment programs that are designed to inspire and engage students while they discover and learn beyond the school day in a fun, safe environment.

• Enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environment
• Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closely
• Is flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed

• Assist with daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts) while encouraging positive peer interactions
• Make child safety the top priority at all times
• Keep the space clean and organized
• Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included
• Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• CPR and First Aid certification required
• Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds)
• 3-6 months childcare experience in a license setting
