About RCT EndodonticsWe're hiring a full-time dental assistant for our Bowie, MD practice to make the Endodontics office more efficient and pleasant for patients and to cross-train in front-office administrative duties.

Responsibilities:- Prepare patients for treatments or checkups, ensuring their comfort
- Select and set up instruments, equipment, and materials needed
- Sterilize instruments according to regulations
- Keep the operating room clean and well-stocked
- Proven experience as a dental assistant (5 years of experience preferred), Endodontic experience a plus
- Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Must have an active MD radiology x-ray certification
