3D Custom Designer

A leader in the exhibit design industry is hiring a 3D Custom Designer in Baltimore, MD for a full‑time position, onsite.

• Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience. Exhibit design is a plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with 3D design and rendering software such as Vectorworks and Artlantis, or comparable tools.
• Strong client‑facing communication and presentation skills.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field preferred.

• Create 2D graphic designs for trade show exhibits, permanent displays, signage, and environmental graphics.
• Develop 3D exhibit concepts and renderings from initial concept through final design.
• Prepare detailed specifications and documentation to support fabrication of exhibit components.
• Present design concepts to clients and internal stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
• Collaborate with sales, project managers, and fabricators across the full project lifecycle.
