BIM​/VDC Modeler

Commercial/Industrial Construction BIM/VDC Modeler Opportunity

Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per year

We are seeking a BIM / VDC Modeler to support commercial and industrial concrete construction projects through 3D modeling, coordination, and constructability reviews. This role will develop and maintain detailed structural concrete models for foundations, slabs, walls, columns, and other structural elements using Revit, Tekla Structures, and related BIM technologies.

• Create and maintain 3D BIM models for structural concrete projects.
• Model foundations, slabs, walls, columns, beams, and other concrete components.
• Coordinate with project teams, engineers, contractors, and field personnel.
• Participate in clash detection and constructability reviews.
• Generate shop drawings, quantity takeoffs, and project documentation.
• Ensure models align with project drawings, specifications, and BIM standards.

• 2+ years of BIM, VDC, drafting, detailing, or modeling experience.
• Proficiency with Revit, Tekla Structures, or similar 3D modeling software.
• Experience supporting commercial, industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or data center construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and construction documents.
