The appointee shall be responsible for all aspects of teaching the assigned courses including, but not limited to submission ofmid-term and final grades at least 72 hours after administration ofthe said exams for the appointee's assigned classes; electronic posting of the syllabus for each assigned course by the deadline announced by the appointee's Department Chairperson; submission ofa copy of the roll book or its equivalent to the Department Chairperson at the end of the appointment period;
and other dutiesas assigned.
Duties and responsibilities of the teaching faculty are defined inthe Bowie State University Faculty Handbook. The appointee shall besubject to all said duties and responsibilities. Additionally, the appointee shall be subject to all applicable policies and procedures duly adopted or amended from time to time by Bowie State University ( BSU ) or the University System of Maryland ( USM).
Conditions of EmploymentOffer of employment is contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check and verification of credentials. Proof ofUS citizenship or eligibility for U.S. employment will be required prior to employment (Immigration Control Act of 1986).

Prior teaching experience in higher education.
EducationMasters degree in marketing or management required.
