Lead Teacher

Kinder Care at Pointer Ridge Elementary is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide a dynamic classroom environment for young learners. In this role, you will design and deliver engaging lessons that nurture children's academic, social, and emotional growth. You will create a safe, inclusive space where every child feels valued and supported, maintain clear communication with families, and collaborate with staff to enrich school-wide programs.

• Communicate regularly with families about student growth and classroom activities
• Collaborate with school staff to support school-wide initiatives and student success
• Maintain classroom records, attendance, and documentation as required
• Support social-emotional learning and positive behavior management
• Participate in professional development and continuous improvement initiatives
