Location:

Naval Air Station Patuxent River, MD. This position supports the Triton – MQ‑4C program test activities and collaborates with the Integrated & Test Team (ITT) of the U.S. Navy and Northrop Grumman.

• Responsible for providing inputs to update Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMS).
• Integrate tests and develop strategies to improve test efficiency; generate, review and execute Maintenance Action Forms (MAFs), Aircraft Maintenance Requests (AMRs) and Requests for Tests (RFTs).
• Review and provide inputs during engineering development and execute Detailed Test Requirements, Acceptance Test Procedures and ground Test Plans.
• Prepare Test Variances in accordance with engineering direction and engineering changes.
• Conduct operations in accordance with NGC policy and procedures, NAVAIR 3960 Test Plans and Procedures, and per NATOPS.

• High School diploma or equivalent AND 6 years of related professional/military experience OR Bachelor of Science degree AND 2 years of related professional/military experience OR Master of Science degree AND 0 years of related professional/military experience.
• Active DoD Secret or higher clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance prior to the commencement of employment.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and OCONUS up to 35%.

• High School diploma or equivalent AND 9 years of related professional/military experience OR Bachelor of Science degree AND 5 years of related professional/military experience OR Master of Science degree AND 1 year of related professional/military experience.
• Active DoD Secret or higher clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance prior to the commencement of employment.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and OCONUS up to 35%.

• Previous Unmanned Air Vehicle system test or maintenance experience is highly desired. MQ-4 Vehicle Test Controller or Triton BETTIE operator experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with excellent communications skills, including the ability to brief test results to senior leadership.
• Current Top Secret security clearance.
