Vice President​/Director of Lending Prince George’s Community Federal Credit Union

Exceeding $330 million in assets, Prince George’s Community Federal Credit Union, located in Bowie, Maryland, is recruiting for a Vice President/Director of Lending. Reporting directly to the President/CEO, the incoming executive will lead the lending operations with a hands‑on approach. Responsibilities include oversight of loan production, underwriting, collections, product development, and strategic management of the loan portfolio.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience overseeing lending operations for a financial institution, proven leadership skills, and the ability to lead both tactically and strategically. Extensive experience with consumer and mortgage lending is required. Commercial lending experience, indirect lending, and exposure to COOP loans are a plus.

Salary range: $84,000 – $130,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include a competitive benefits package and paid time off (PTO) to support employees’ health, well‑being, and work‑life balance.
