Job Description
HII – Mission Technologies is seeking a Program Financial Analyst to support the ASMO Broadband Team with comprehensive budgetary, analytical, and planning functions. This onsite role plays a critical part in supporting the Army Spectrum Management Office, ensuring financial accuracy, effective budget execution, and informed program decision‑making.
This position is a key member of the program’s onsite team and works directly with Program Managers and government personnel. You will help shape project financial goals, monitor performance, and recommend actions to enhance execution and outcomes.
Responsibilities- Lead performance reporting across projects with varying contract types, sizes, and risk levels.
- Collaborate closely with teams in contracts, finance, accounts receivable, subcontract management, and procurement.
- Perform a wide range of financial and administrative tasks, including financial analysis, budget tracking, variance reporting, proposal support, and contract/subcontract management.
- Manage budgets, ensure financial accuracy and compliance, support audit activities, track spending, forecast financials, and maintain internal financial controls.
- Work with the Army Budget Office (ABO), Department of the Army CIO, and the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) on all Spectrum Relocation Fund (SRF) efforts.
- 3 years relevant experience with a Bachelor’s in related field; 1 year relevant experience with a Master’s in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.
- Experience with GFEBS and cProbe (Command Project Budget and Execution).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve financial data gaps.
- Exceptional data organization and management capabilities, including the ability to retrieve and interpret archived financial data.
- Ability to compile financial data from multiple program offices and deliver required reporting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to relay financial insights to technical teams, program leadership, and senior government stakeholders.
- Clearance:
Must have an active SECRET level security clearance.
- Normally assigned to perform work in an office environment. Only electrical hazards and other minor potential hazards normally found in an office environment are anticipated. May be required to travel to job sites or other offices. During job site visits, paint fumes, welding, and other shipboard or shore based hazards may be present.
Anticipated salary range: $67,143.00 - $92,500.00.
