Deposit Quality Associate - Operations Shared Services

SUMMARY:

Responsible for completing quality assurance reviews within the Operations Shared Services Department. This includes review of all signature cards and other related documents for all new deposit accounts and/or existing deposit accounts with recent changes and customer CIP information. Responsibilities will also include review of deposit account holds.

• Ensures accurate and timely processing of account reviews which includes new accounts, account changes, and holds.
• Collaborates with peers and leaders effectively.

• Performs work within customer service level expectations and key vendor processing timelines.

• Reviews and interprets account requirements for new and revised signature cards to ensure all documentation standards are met and properly followed, including documentation for businesses, POA, trusts, etc.
• Verifies completeness and accuracy of required account documentation, ensuring all uploaded files meet regulatory, procedural, and policy expectations.
• Confirms ownership details by validating that all owners, signers, and authorized parties are correctly identified and documented.
• Validates Customer Identification Program (CIP) requirements, ensuring all CIP elements are accurately recorded on the signature card and within the system.
• Ensures consistency between system records and electronic documents, identifying discrepancies.
• Reviews deposit account holds for compliance with Regulation CC, ensuring hold types, amounts, and availability timelines are applied correctly and documented appropriately.

• Banking is a highly regulated industry and you will be expected to acquire and maintain a proficiency in the Bank's policies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to your conduct and the work you will be performing. You will also be expected to complete all assigned compliance training in a timely manner.

The wage range for the Deposit Quality Associate position is between $18.00 - $21.00 hourly. The position includes 17 Days of PTO (Paid Time Off), 5 days of STD (Short Term Disability), 11 annual paid holidays, and 1 floating holiday.

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.

Banking experience preferred.
