Rachel Lynn, LLC Health Services provides Nursing and Home Health Aides: provided by RN/LPN and RN supervision
of Aides, companion services to clients, who may require assistance in their own homes and communities to assist in the maintenance and retention of their independence and wellbeing. These services are responsive to the distinct needs of the client and community and are delivered by qualified home care workers. We provide services to all individuals 18 years and older regardless of race, creed, color, gender, national origin, sexual preference, or criminal history.
The agency provides services within the following geographical areas:
Queen Anne's County, Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Anne Arundel County, Talbot County, Kent County, Caroline County, Caroline County, Prince County.
This is a field-based role for a Home Health Aide serving clients in Queen Anne's County and surrounding areas. The Home Health Aide will travel to clients' homes to assist with activities of daily living, personal care, and supporting patients in their home care environment. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area are essential.
Qualifications- Experience in Home Care and Patient Care
- Skills in assisting with Activities of Daily Living and Personal Care
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Ability to work independently and reliably
- Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred
