Kelly Benefits in Sparks, MD is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Implementation Consultant to lead and support the successful deployment of UKG Ready Payroll solutions to work professionally with Kelly Benefits Payroll clients to lead and support UKG Ready payroll-focused implementations and conversions for new and existing accounts. This includes gathering payroll requirements, configuring payroll builds, supporting validation and testing, and helping clients transition successfully to UKG Ready.
Experience with Time and Labor Management (TLM) and other UKG Ready modules is preferred and encouraged. This role plays a critical part in guiding clients through implementation, configuration, training, and post-go-live support while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead client kickoff meetings and gather detailed business and payroll requirements
- Serve as a subject matter expert on UKG Ready modules, providing guidance and best practices
- Develop and maintain requirements documentation, project plans, and timelines
- Configure UKG Ready Payroll modules to align with client needs and business processes
- Conduct and support system testing, including client-facing test scenarios
- Deliver training sessions and ongoing support to client stakeholders
- Support parallel payroll processing cycles to ensure accuracy and readiness for go-live
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, discrepancies, and client inquiries
- Partner with internal service teams to provide post-implementation support and enhancements
- Manage and prioritize multiple client implementations simultaneously
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of UKG Ready functionality and updates
General corporate hours are Monday – Friday 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Your actual work schedule may vary depending on your department’s business needs. Additional hours may be required to achieve business objectives.
Requirements- Two or more years of HRIS/Payroll/HCM system experience
- Fundamental understanding of payroll concepts, payroll processing, and payroll-related compliance requirements
- UKG Ready system experience
- Business analyst and/or project management professional experience highly desired.
- High-level of emotional intelligence and resiliency
- A track record of effectively meeting client deliverables during software implementations
- A history of managing multiple projects at once and meeting multiple deliverables
- Proven success communicating with clients and uncovering their needsx
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and an ability to engage clients and vendors effectively during projects and implementations
- Must be a self-starter and willing to work independently without daily supervision
- Experience with Time and Labor Management (TLM) or other UKG Ready modules (Preferred)
