Kentro is hiring for a Business Logistics Process Integrator to support the Defense Health Agency and the Medical Logistics IT PMO division. This role will support the MEDLOG IT PMO as it leads the charge to replace capabilities in legacy MEDLOG IT applications and fully implement Logi Cole. Upon reaching full operating capability, Logi Cole will roll all legacy medical logistics applications into a single, web-based application and provide an enterprise view of all logistics lines of business.

This role will be a pivotal part of the implementation of Logi Cole and the decommissioning of legacy applications – providing intuitive user interfaces, leveraging authoritative product and sourcing data, and fully integrating federal and industry partners.

Location: Hybrid - Frederick, MD

Salary Range: $,000 annually. Factors influencing pay within this range include geography, market demand, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Responsibilities
  • Provide analysis of legacy medical logistics transactional, data, and interpret for modernized reporting capabilities.
  • Coordinate work across value streams to lead and support project management activities in the implementation of the Logi Cole application, with emphasis on equipment maintenance.
  • Aid various strategic and business process improvement efforts.
  • Optimize workflows to streamline user management of system-generated recommendations, messages and alerts.
  • Propose improvement strategies in collaboration with Government Leads and Product Owners.
  • Support multiple MVCs throughout Logi Cole implementation.
  • Plan Team Agile Interval scope and velocity to meet requirement determinations.
  • Troubleshoot legacy system issue tickets alongside development and data teams.
Qualifications
  • Post – secondary education or minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
  • Experience as a management consultant / business analyst supporting federal government customers.
  • Experience with Biomedical Equipment Management, policies, processes and data.
  • Experience developing strategic communications artifacts and presentations for senior leadership within the federal government.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Experience creating and analyzing data and creating data visualizations that communicate outcomes, improvements and costs.
  • Experience using statistical methods for the measurement of outcomes.
  • Travel may be required up to 10% based on project needs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with federal supply chain, policies, processes and data.
  • Experience with Medical Logistics.
  • DoD experience and/or familiarity strongly preferred.
Clearance Requirement
  • U.S. Citizen or Green card holder.
  • Willing and able to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance, Tier 2.
