Overview
Konica Minolta Business Solutions is a global provider of IT and printing solutions in North America.
The ECM BPO Production Technical Support Operator position is responsible for monitoring and reporting on all technical requirements used in production, including all software and hardware. The operator configures standard project settings in the capture software, monitors and reports on the functionality of hardware, and contacts the appropriate parties when escalation is necessary.
Responsibilities- Configure standard project software settings in imaging capture software.
- Continuously improve imaging software proficiency.
- Monitor and report on batch workflow and intervene when required.
- Monitor and report on automated processes and provide updates to the Processing Center Manager.
- Monitor and report on in-house hardware (workstations, scanners, etc.).
- Manage all uploads and customer ingestion.
- Provide initial hardware and software troubleshooting and resolution.
- Escalate issues to appropriate parties when problems arise.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education Requirements
- Two‑year college degree or satisfactory completion of an accredited business curriculum, or equivalent work experience.
Experience Requirements
- 1–2 years of technical experience in BPO production.
- 1–3 years in BPO services or a related industry.
- Experience providing solutions related to business process improvement.
- Experience servicing internal and external customers.
- Experience working with external vendors/partners.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong listening skills and ability to translate customer needs to KMBS ECM BPO services.
- Team collaboration ability.
- Knowledge of Business Process Outsourcing, back-file and day-forward scanning (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of BPO capture software tools and functions (preferred).
