Position: IT Service Desk Ticket Lead (24x7)

Synergy ECP is seeking a Ticket Coordinator to manage dedicated ticket queues as part of their 24x7 Service Desk. Responsibilities include monitoring queues, ensuring SLAs are met, and effectively assigning tickets for troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in customer service or help desk environments, along with desired skills in Linux or Windows administration and ITIL certification. A TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is also required.
