Power Platform Developer HYBRID to Aberdeen

Data Systems Analysts, Inc. is searching for a Power Platform Developer on our Core P2DS Team. This position requires a DOD Secret Clearance. The right candidate will serve as a Power Platform developer to a dedicated customer organization.

This role provides Power Platform developer support to a dynamic organization supporting the Army. The government customer team works in partnership with the DSA team and subcontractors to provide a cohesive support model to a varied customer base. The DSA Power Platform developer will develop low‑code, no‑code solutions using Power Platform tools within the Army 365 tenant.

• Highly proficient in Power Apps and Power Automate solution development
• Proficient in SharePoint Online (SPO);
  Experience with Army 365 (A365) or Microsoft Office 365
• Working knowledge of Power Platform environments and pipelines
• Experience taking part in and leading user acceptance testing (UAT) activities
• Solid understanding of requirements gathering process and customer engagement
• Proficient in documenting technical solutions developed and creating associated reference materials
• CompTIA Security+ certification (Certification preferred upon hire but must be acquired within 90 days for otherwise well-qualified candidate)
• Computing Environment (CE) relative to the position (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform 200, 300, 400, 600 or position specific certifications can be considered);
  Certification preferred upon hire but can be acquired within 90 days for otherwise well-qualified candidate

• Experience working on an Agile Scrum team
• Proficient with Model-Driven app development and Dataverse
• Understanding of Power BI Premium Work spaces
• Experience developing and delivering user training and reference materials
• Solid understanding of data model development

• Support development of Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
• Engage with project manager, developers, and customers to understand project requirements and manage customer expectations
• Stakeholder communications including formal and informal presentations and demonstrations
• Define and communicate technical project plans, roadmaps, and schedules
• Author and edit technical project documentation and reference materials
