Configuration Manager

DCCA is a veteran‑owned IT business that has been delivering innovative solutions to government agencies and commercial enterprises since 1982. We are looking for a Configuration Manager II to support a high‑profile national security program that delivers complex cloud, high‑performance computing, and enterprise architecture solutions.

• Manage configuration for developmental and operational systems, creating and maintaining configuration baselines for development, test, and production environments.
• Use or recommend automated configuration management tools to implement policies and procedures.
• Develop or modify configuration plans, policies, and procedures tailored to system complexity and scope.
• Apply configuration management discipline throughout the system life cycle from requirements to end‑of‑life.
• Perform change control and conduct configuration audits.

• Minimum of six (6) years’ experience in configuration management for programs or contracts of similar scope and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline from an accredited institution is required; four (4) additional years of configuration management experience may substitute for a degree.
• At least one (1) year of experience using a source‑code control system for a developmental program of similar scope.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

The proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is $110,000 to $135,000, with final compensation determined by experience, performance, and market conditions.
