Job Summary

Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment. Perform day‑to‑day operations of the Salesforce platform, ensuring effective use across the organization with 2,000+ users. Handle complex tasks related to administration setup, such as managing users, security controls, and data, and creating roles, profiles and permission sets. Support users, troubleshoot issues, maintain data integrity, and implement customizations. Work closely with team members to document system changes, assist in training users, and plan for platform updates and enhancements.

Responsibilities And Duties
  • Build and manage custom objects, page layouts, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
  • Maintain overall system configuration, including workflow rules, validation rules, formula fields, and escalation rules, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to monitor data quality.
  • Automate processes using Salesforce tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and validation rules.
  • Manage less complex Salesforce integrations and maintain App Exchange apps.
  • Monitor Salesforce release changes and advise business partners on potential impacts.
  • Execute test plans and troubleshoot issues during testing or reported by users.
  • Conduct research on best practices and industry trends, recommend improvements, and document solutions.
  • Validate development changes to ensure consistency with the data dictionary and solution designs.
  • Maintain a centralized data dictionary across teams.
  • Plan and support upcoming upgrades, releases, and long‑term projects.
  • Mentor junior team members and promote best practices.
  • Handle escalated problems and difficult situations.
  • Cultivate business relationships to drive project results.
  • Perform additional functions as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Information Systems, MIS, BIS, etc.) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of Salesforce Administration experience with successful project leadership.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce data model design and best practices.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce development practices, including picklists, workflows, triggers, and validation rules.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
  • Expertise in building custom apps, objects, formula fields, workflows, and advanced customizations.
  • Experience with administration setup: users, security, roles, profiles, and permission sets.
  • Ability to assess impacts of new requirements on Salesforce and related systems.
  • Exceptional data management skills with accuracy and integrity.
  • Strong project management, business aptitude, and positive attitude.
  • Analytical thinking, detail orientation, and creative problem‑solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for communication with vendors, dealers, customers, and staff.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or related specialty certifications.
  • Certifications in Agile, AWS, Database, or language specialties.
  • Familiarity with VS Code.
  • Experience in a SCRUM or Agile environment.
  • Experience in consumer lending or financial services with underwriting knowledge.
Hours Of Work

Work hours will depend on the business hours of the time zone serviced. To the extent permitted by law, the Company may, in its sole discretion, change the work schedule to address business needs.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit for extended periods; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to move about and lift or move up to twenty (20) pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
