Role Overview
The Technical HCM Analyst is responsible for the ongoing support, configuration, and optimization of the Oracle HCM platform across the enterprise. This role requires deep technical expertise, advanced problem‑solving capability, and hands‑on experience working within a complex, highly integrated Oracle ecosystem.
What You Will DoThe Technical HCM Analyst will troubleshoot and resolve issues across various Oracle HCM modules, design and maintain complex Oracle HCM configurations, support and configure the Oracle Compensation module, and work with Git‑based source control within Visual Builder Studio projects.
Why It Might Be a FitThe ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, advanced expertise in Fast Formula development, and experience supporting Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
Requirements- Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion)
- Advanced expertise in Fast Formula development (expert level required)
- Strong experience with Oracle HCM architecture
- Experience supporting Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS)
- Working knowledge of Git‑based version control
- Exposure to or experience with Oracle AI capabilities / AI Agents
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex production and integration issues
- Strong understanding of Oracle security concepts and data access
