IT Business Analyst, Business Systems & Technology Analysis

As a Salesforce Business Analyst
, you will make an impact by translating banking and financial services requirements into scalable Salesforce FSC solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to drive successful program outcomes.
In this role, you will:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for FSC implementations.
- Define user stories, business processes, and functional specifications.
- Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT, and production readiness activities.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements discovery sessions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business needs are effectively translated into Salesforce solutions.

- 6-10 years of Business Systems Analyst experience.
- Banking or Financial Services industry experience.
- Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and Agile methodology experience.
- Experience creating user stories and functional specifications with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using Jira and Agile delivery tools.
- Exposure to Wealth Management, Retail Banking, or Commercial Banking programs.
- Knowledge of Client Onboarding and KYC/AML processes.
- Experience with Omnistudio, Agentforce, and AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities.
