You will also lead a team of maintenance planners and coordinators while partnering closely with Facilities, Metrology, Engineering, Operations, and external service providers.

• Own and optimize the site’s IBM Maximo CMMS
  , ensuring accurate asset and maintenance data.
• Lead maintenance planning and scheduling across preventive, corrective, and predictive activities.
• Drive improvements in resource efficiency, equipment uptime, and reliability
  .
• Manage key vendors and contractors
  , ensuring safety, quality, and compliance.
• Lead and develop a team of maintenance planners and coordinators
  .
• Track and improve key maintenance KPIs
  , including PM completion, schedule compliance, backlog, and reliability.
• Lead reliability and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset performance.
• Ensure maintenance activities meet cGMP, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
  .
• Support deviations, CAPAs, change controls, audits, and inspections
  .
