In response to continued growth within our US East Water & Wastewater Treatment business, our team in Bowie, MD
is seeking an experienced Project Manager to help drive the development and expansion of our Water Business across the metro Washington, D.C. area. In this role, you’ll provide technical leadership and oversee the delivery of water and wastewater treatment and infrastructure projects for our valued clients. You’ll lead project teams, manage budgets and schedules, and serve as the project’s primary client contact;

ensuring excellence in every phase of project execution.

Beyond project delivery, you’ll play an important role in business development, marketing strategies, and client engagement; with opportunities to shape win strategies and pricing for new work. This position also offers the chance to mentor project team members and collaborate with project team leaders across the region. • Client & Customer Management (External): Manage relationships with small clients while also helping senior colleagues manage relationships with larger key clients and customers.
• Community of Practice Management:Participate actively in a community of practice in a defined area of expertise or consulting to build own expertise.
• Contract Management: Deliver required outcomes by managing day-to-day relationships with contract service providers while working within an established contract management plan.
• Engineering Solutions Design: Design engineering solutions and the associated validation process to enable the realization of a design brief (for example, in terms of functionality, performance, aesthetics, and cost) that conform to organizational and/or regulatory standards.
• Feasibility Studies:Conduct complex feasibility studies from a technological and organizational perspective and document findings to complete cost-benefit analysis on implementing changes to business processes, products, or business unit structure.
• Health, Safety, and Environment: Follow the organization's health, safety, and environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and mandatory instructions to identify and mitigate environmental risks and risks to the well-being of self and others in the workplace. Identify patterns of risky behavior within the team and take appropriate action to resolve them, escalating serious issues as appropriate.
