Requirements Summary

The Production Technician is responsible for executing manufacturing-related activities in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and applicable environmental health and safety guidelines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Operate, start up, and shut down CNPS equipment effectively.
  • Read and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) accurately.
  • Maintain production areas in compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in environmental, health, and safety programs.
  • Perform scheduled cleaning and sanitation of production areas.
  • Mix intermediates into finished product.
  • Follow pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and documentation requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience Requirements
  • High School Diploma (HSD) or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years of related experience preferred.
  • Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
  • Hands-on attitude and willingness to learn required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Clear verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with hand tools is a plus.
  • Dependable and committed to continuous improvement.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.

$23-$25/hour, based on experience
