The Production Technician is responsible for executing manufacturing-related activities in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and applicable environmental health and safety guidelines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Operate, start up, and shut down CNPS equipment effectively.
- Read and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) accurately.
- Maintain production areas in compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in environmental, health, and safety programs.
- Perform scheduled cleaning and sanitation of production areas.
- Mix intermediates into finished product.
- Follow pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and documentation requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma (HSD) or equivalent required.
- 1-3 years of related experience preferred.
- Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- Hands-on attitude and willingness to learn required.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Clear verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with hand tools is a plus.
- Dependable and committed to continuous improvement.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.

$23-$25/hour, based on experience
