Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN

We are looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Nursing graduates (LPN/RN) to provide home health‑care services to children in Prince George’s & Charles County, Maryland. Flexible schedules are available for day, evening and/or night shifts (part‑time and full‑time). Spanish speaking is preferred but not required.

• Provide safe and effective patient home care, including taking and interpreting vital signs, administering medications and maintaining personal hygiene.
• Communicate with RN supervisor to assess, plan, provide, and evaluate patient care.
• Implement care to prevent or reduce risk and achieve expected outcomes.
• Report and document nursing care given and patient response, and intervene when alterations in patient needs are recognized.
• Serve as a patient and family advocate, respecting privacy and rights in the care plan implementation.
• Prepare and utilize equipment and materials efficiently and cost‑effectively.
• Demonstrate personal and professional accountability.

• Must have 1 year of pediatric nursing experience within the last 3 years (pre‑ferred). Nursing graduates are welcome (training available).
• Pass the agency’s medication exam with a score of 80% or higher.
• Current, unrestricted nursing license in the jurisdiction where you are working.
• Background check with no criminal history.
• Any additional documents will be requested during the application process.
