Health and Wellness Director & Delegating Nurse – Registered Nurse (RN)
Join the clinical leadership team at Brookdale Woodward Estates! We are seeking a compassionate, organized RN to oversee clinical care, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide delegation to support our care staff.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day‑to‑day clinical services of a complex community to ensure residents’ healthcare needs are met.
- Ensure residents are treated with respect, dignity, and quality care as needs change.
- Supervise and provide leadership, coaching, to licensed nurses and direct care staff.
- Lead a clinical leadership team of up to five members.
- Apply complexity criteria related to community size, product lines, medication management, regulatory requirements, etc.
- Education required to obtain a state nursing license; LPN/LVN or RN.
- Driver’s license.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience; clinical leadership experience preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and electronic documentation.

Brookdale Supports Our Nurse Leaders Through structured six‑week orientation, online resources, local nurse mentors, and ongoing collaborative support.
Veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply. Brookdale offers partial coverage for naturalization fees up to $725 for qualified associates with at least a year of service.
