Health and Wellness Director RN

Join the clinical leadership team at Brookdale Woodward Estates! We are seeking a compassionate, organized Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as our Health and Wellness Director and Delegating Nurse. You will oversee clinical care, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide delegation to support our care staff.

As Director of Nursing at Brookdale, you will inspire, lead, and manage the overall operation of the clinical team to deliver the highest quality of care and services for our residents. You will build relationships with residents, families, physicians, and other healthcare providers to coordinate exceptional personalized care, collaborate with community leadership, mentor associates, and enhance resident and family satisfaction.

• Manage day‑to‑day clinical services for a complex community, ensuring residents’ healthcare needs are met.
• Ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity and that quality care is maintained as needs change.
• Supervise and coach licensed nurses and other direct care staff.
• Lead an additional clinical leadership team of up to five members, as required.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and uphold clinical standards.

• Education required to obtain a state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; clinical leadership experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and electronic documentation.

Base pay range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Full‑time associates are eligible for an annual bonus incentive and sales referral bonuses. Temporary associates are not benefits‑eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
