We’re excited to be growing our Elior Collegiate Dining team and are looking for an experienced, motivated Executive Chef to join us on campus at Bowie State University
.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to lead culinary operations while creating delicious, nutritious meals that fuel students, faculty, and guests every day.
The role at a glanceAs Executive Chef, you’ll oversee all aspects of food production while driving quality, creativity, and consistency across the program.
What you’ll be doing :- Supervising food production standards including purchasing, specifications, preparation, service, and sanitation
- Developing standardized recipes and using production tools to meet quality and cost goals
- Collaborating on the planning and execution of special events
- Leading by example in a fast-paced collegiate dining environment
Must-haves:
- 10+ years of progressive culinary experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft software programs
- Experience working with and understanding budget statements
- Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts
Up to $95,000 per year
