Role and Responsibilities of Retail Operations Associate:

Working at Five Below requires you to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to store operations to maintain a joyous and hospitable shopping environment for all patrons.
* Show genuine care and professionalism in addressing customer queries and challenges with active listening.
* Exhibit proficiency in product awareness, suggest suitable choices, and deliver tailored solutions to address customer inquiries.
* Boost customer participation by promoting store events, discounts, and activities to improve engagement levels.

Qualifications for Retail Operations Associate:
