Store ManagerAs the on‑floor leader, you will manage all store functions, coach the team, and maintain a high-performance culture that delivers The Sunglass Hut Experience.
Major Duties and Responsibilities- Utilize The Sunglass Hut Experience tools to consistently deliver on the sales plan and company objectives.
- Drive sales by identifying opportunities to achieve personal and store goals.
- Lead by example through coaching, mentoring, and inspiring the team to enhance store performance.
- Cultivate a development‑focused environment that promotes teamwork, career growth, and talent retention.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard staff using the onboarding tools provided as part of The Sunglass Hut Experience.
- Develop individual development plans to foster team growth.
- Create an inspirational, motivating work environment that reflects the brand’s integrity.
- Build an emotional connection within the team that translates into sales and ensures every associate delivers The Sunglass Hut Experience.
- Continuously coach and develop the team to ensure consistent and absolute execution of the operational components of the store.
- Build and maintain customer relationships through interaction and feedback.
- Act as an ambassador for the Sunglass Hut brand and consistently execute brand standards.
- Stay knowledgeable about the product line and emerging merchandise and fashion trends.
- Ensure impeccable execution of operational policies and procedures while maintaining brand standards.
- Communicate promotions, contests, and incentives to the team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of store operations.
- Detail‑oriented and able to use critical thinking to deliver operational excellence.
- Customer service and/or retail experience.
Pay Range: $21.22 – $32.16 per hour. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and employee discounts.
