The Store Manager is an on‑floor leader who performs all store functions while serving as a guide and role model for the team. The manager coaches, develops, and inspires associates to deliver a high‑quality customer experience and uphold the Sunglass Hut brand.

• Utilize The Sunglass Hut Experience tools to consistently deliver the sales plan and company objectives.
• Drive sales by identifying opportunities to achieve personal and store goals.
• Lead by example through coaching, developing, mentoring, and inspiring the team to enhance store performance.
• Promote a development‑focused environment that encourages teamwork, career growth, and talent retention.
• Network, recruit, hire, and train staff using onboarding tools provided as part of The Sunglass Hut Experience.
• Inspire team growth through individual development plans.
• Create an inspirational and motivating work environment that reflects brand integrity.
• Establish emotional connections within the store team to translate into sales and ensure consistent delivery of The Sunglass Hut Experience.
• Continuously coach and develop the team to ensure absolute execution of The Sunglass Hut Experience.
• Build customer relationships through interaction and feedback.
• Act as an ambassador for the Sunglass Hut brand.
• Execute brand standards consistently and maintain impeccable operational policies and procedures.
• Communicate promotions, contests, and incentives to the team.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous leadership experience of 2+ years.
• Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of store operations.
• Detail‑oriented, with strong critical‑thinking skills to deliver absolute execution of operational components.

Pay Range: 21.22 – 32.16

The role is part of a comprehensive benefits package that may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts. Competitive bonus and/or commission plans may also be available.
