Part Time Sales Lead

We are seeking a Sales Lead to further enhance the in‑store experience for our customers. The successful candidate will act as a brand ambassador, lead a dynamic team, and drive sales performance while fostering a positive store environment.

• Support Managers and Sales Associates to ensure seamless day‑to‑day operations.
• Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with customers.
• Embrace and promote the store culture, serving as an enthusiastic brand ambassador.
• Create memorable shopping moments through excellent product knowledge and relationship building.
• Surpass commercial targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), setting new records.
• Develop loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections.
• Coach and inspire the sales team, providing real‑time feedback and guidance to achieve KPI goals.
• Maintain rigorous presentation and operational standards.

• At least 2 years of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Demonstrated results‑oriented selling skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong business and analytical acumen.
• Proven time‑management and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and retail point‑of‑sale systems.
• Minimum age of 18 with eligibility to work.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays; capable of standing long periods and lifting 50+ pounds.

• Base salary of $17.45 – $21.85 per hour, commensurate with experience.
