Security Officer Community Unarmed Driving Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observed conditions to property management and/or local emergency services when needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns;
Monitor entry points, visitor activity, and/or amenity areas in accordance with community rules and post orders, while documenting incidents, maintenance concerns, and unusual activity;
Support residential operations by assisting with after-hours calls, checking doors and gates, and communicating professionally with residents and staff regarding security-related matters
