Security Officer Customer Service Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential community, including common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations;
Monitor access points and community activity to help deter unauthorized entry, policy violations, and/or unusual behavior within the location;
Support Allied Universal standards by maintaining a visible presence, communicating professionally with residents and staff, and reporting maintenance issues, hazards, and/or security-related concerns;
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting observations to the appropriate contacts
