HVAC Service Technician

The purpose of your role as an HVAC Service Technician

* Repair, install, maintain, and adjust equipment

* Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment

* Perform routine preventative maintenance

* Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion

* Ability to work some evening and weekends (On call rotation)

* Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

* Communicate effectively with customer and office team regarding work needed or performed

What we're looking for in you

* Valid driver's license

* Driving record that meets company standards

* 3+ Years as a Service Technician in HVAC

* Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints

* Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques

* Experience making repair and replace decisions to forward to sales team

* Advanced customer service skills

* Experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing medium to large tonnage commercial and industrial HVAC equipment

* Knowledge of basic commercial building systems operations

* Specialty knowledge of chillers, VRF/VRV, commercial refrigeration, or boilers are a plus
