Construction Duties

• Concrete/Post‑tension repair
• Rebar/post‑tension installation and stressing
• New construction and existing buildings, working at heights
• Formwork, carpentry and finishing
• Attention to detail and safety

• Previous experience in concrete repair, formwork and finishing, grouting, and placement of rebar and post‑tensioning systems.
• Experience placing, finishing, and patching concrete on parking decks, bridge decks, concrete paving, structural members (beams, columns, caps), flatwork and miscellaneous structures.
• Ability to read and speak English;
  Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Team‑oriented and solution‑oriented with a proactive, professional, positive attitude.
• Safety‑oriented in all situations and environments.
• Travel expectations up to 85% out of town.
• Desire to grow and advance within the company with commensurate salary growth.

Travel expectations up to 85% out of town mixed with South Florida‑area work. Meetings will take place at our Pompano Beach, FL office.

Must provide own transportation and pass DMV record screening. Pre‑employment drug screen is required. Manlift and forklift experience is a plus.
