Laborer, Senior - Parks & Grounds

Position: LABORER, SENIOR - PARKS & GROUNDS
The City of Bowie is seeking an individual with the ability to perform heavy manual labor, understand and follow specific instructions. Must be able to use hand tools, chain saws, mowers and weed eaters. Knowledge and skills in landscape maintenance. Ability to maintain a good working relationship with fellow employees, supervisors, and the general public.

Qualifications:

* HS Diploma or GED

* Able to follow written and oral instructions

* Ability to perform heavy manual labor, ability to understand and follow specific instructions

* Experience operating various landscaping equipment

* Valid Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications:

* Possession of a Valid Class B CDL

* Experience operating various landscaping equipment

Salary: $23.49 Hourly
