Senior Full Stack Engineer (Annapolis Junction, MD)

Telework: up to 16 hrs. per week based on available tasking at the discretion of leadership.

• 20 years of experience as a software engineer
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
  • 4 additional years of experience as a software engineer may be substituted for a degree

• Strong full‑stack software developer with functional UI experience but primarily focused on backend web services and servers.
• Strong communication skills are needed.

• Experience with open‑source integrations would be great and any experience with open‑source tools is required - i.e. AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, Rancher, Tomcat, Spring, JMS and AWS.
• Other technologies required:
  Java, JavaScript, Mongo
  
  DB, Elasticsearch, Postgres, and MySQL.
• Critical:
  Java threading, Spring Boot, JavaScript, JMS, Mongo
  
  DB, AWS, Amazon RDS.
• REST, Docker, Kubernetes, Elastic Search, Cockroach DB or other RDBMS at similar scale, COOP, Large scale distributed systems with high availability.
• Desired:
  Kibana, Alfresco, Content Management tools, Node, Svelte, React, and Angular.
• Confluence, Jira, Maven, Git.

Salary: $240,000 - $250,000 annually.
