Responsibilities
  • Drive truck equipped for maintenance of traffic equipment.
  • Conduct work in accordance with company policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Make daily pre/post trip inspections on assigned vehicle, report problems to shop immediately.
  • Drive truck to predetermined destinations applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and local roads.
  • Work with Paving Crews.
  • Maintain a truck log in accordance with state and federal regulations and company policy.
  • Communicate any problems with traffic or site conditions promptly; gather information on job site location and obstacles.
  • Comply with all aspects of truck maintenance, cleanliness and repair per the Truck Driver's Handbook.
  • Perform other job-related duties as required or assigned.
Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Range: $24.00 - $26.00, based on experience.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred or related work experience.
  • In compliance with all DOT physical requirements.
  • Skilled in the operation of loading and unloading of MOT equipment.
  • Valid Driver's license required.
