This is a full-time, on-site Delivery Driver role based in Prince George's County, MD. The Delivery Driver is responsible for safely operating a company-approved vehicle to pick up, transport, and deliver packages to homes and businesses on an assigned route. Daily tasks include loading and unloading packages, following delivery schedules, scanning and documenting shipments, and maintaining accurate delivery records. The role also involves interacting with customers in a professional manner, handling basic inquiries, and ensuring packages are delivered in good condition.

Drivers are expected to comply with all Fed Ex Ground safety procedures, traffic laws, and operational standards, and to report any vehicle or delivery issues promptly.

• Strong Customer Service skills, including professional communication and a focus on positive client interactions.
• Ability to perform Forklift Operation or other basic material handling tasks safely, where required by the facility.
• Experience with Training or mentoring team members in operational or safety procedures is beneficial.
• Background in Sales or Food & Beverage is helpful for building rapport with customers and managing fast-paced work environments.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to meet Fed Ex Ground vehicle and safety requirements.
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages of varying sizes and weights throughout the workday.
• Strong time management, route planning, and problem-solving skills in dynamic delivery conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior delivery, logistics, or warehouse experience is a plus.
