- Manages inventory ordering, tracking, and verification ofreceipt. Communicates upcoming shipments to various onsite stakeholders
- Help analyze post-event insights to improve future event planning and efficiency.
- Helpmaintainaccurateevent calendars and timelines across all markets, highlighting concerns about staffing levels and any other concerns that may arise in the planning of an event
- Assist with reviewing and organizing vendor contracts and agreements.
- Maintain organized records of executed contracts, vendor communications, and event-related files.
- Assists the Events Leadership with preparation for trainings and meetings ensuring appropriate materials are compiled and organized, takes meeting notes, assigns action items and tasks to various team members
- Support the Events Operations Manager by ensuring budget compliance andmonitorexpenses.
- Help ensure all event details are shared promptly with key stakeholders, including Regional and Event Marketing Managers.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the event marketing team
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Attention to detail

- Professional phone etiquette
- Exemplary writing ability: solid grammar,spelling and proofreading skills required.
- Ability to deliver detailed assignments withhigh levelsof accuracy.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
$20 - $20 an hour
