- Welcome clients with genuine warmth, professionalism, and hospitality
- Create an inviting first impression and ensure every guest feels valued
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and kindly
- Build personalized client experiences — thoughtful gifts, handwritten notes, surprise moments, and curated touches
- Partner closely with Sydney to bring creative client and team experience ideas to life
- Curate small moments that make clients and employees feel special
- Execute thoughtful acts of kindness, celebrations, and personalized touches
- Elevate SIMs’ brand through unique, memorable, high‑touch experiences
- Help design an environment that feels warm, organized, and inspiring
- Manage conference room schedules
- Assist in preparing meeting materials and setting up meeting spaces
- Sort/distribute mail and manage outgoing correspondence
- Maintain and replenish office supplies; keep everything organized and stocked
- Support administrative tasks for the Chief People Officer
- Serve as the point of contact for building/tenant needs and property management
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and vendor communication
- Ensure office equipment is functional and troubleshoot issues when possible
- Keep the workspace tidy, polished, and client‑ready at all times
- Assist on special projects and tasks that support firm operations
- Use and update CRM tools such as Advyzon
- Work in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Stay comfortable learning new tools and solving minor tech issues
- High school diploma or equivalent;
Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred - 3+ years in a client‑facing or hospitality role
- Warm, outgoing communication style with a professional demeanor
- Excellent organization, creative thinking, and problem‑solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Tech‑savvy, especially with Microsoft Office products
- Comfortable taking initiative and stepping in without being asked
