Overview
The TES Agent Assistant will be responsible for implementing and coordinating the goals and objectives for the Limestone County 4‑H program. For the County 4‑H Program, the Agent Assistant will work with schools and volunteers to coordinate and/or facilitate in‑school, after‑school, and special interest community 4‑H clubs.
Responsibilities- The Agent Assistant will also assist in preparing curriculum, implementing youth activities, and entering enrollment data.
- Must have good organizational and basic technology skills.
- Will assist and/or work with the County Extension Director and 4‑H Foundation Agent in activities that benefit the youth of the county.
- May also do office work as needed, such as answer phones, make copies, and assist office visitors.
The majority of the work for this position will be done in the classroom(s) of schools located throughout Limestone County.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 4 years of experience in providing educational programs/services, customer service, or administrative support.
- Experience in clerical or administrative support services.
Substitution allowed for Experience.
Degrees may be used in lieu of experience.
