Job Description:The Office Associate supports the daily operations of the Campus Recreation & Wellness office by serving as the primary point of contact for customers and visitors. This role ensures a positive customer experience through effective communication, accurate transactions, and efficient scheduling of services. Additionally, the position provides essential administrative support to maintain smooth and organized office functions.
PrimaryDuties Include:
- Provide front desk and reception support for the Campus Recreation & Wellness office by answering phone calls, welcoming visitors, and assisting with general inquiries about programs and services. Direct patrons to appropriate staff members as needed.
- Process sales for memberships, guest passes, lockers, personal training packages, massage services, and other program offerings. Accurately handle cash transactions, maintain a balanced cash drawer, and complete end-of-shift reconciliations.
- Schedule and manage massage appointments, ensuring accurate booking and clear communication with clients and staff.
- Support the Coordinator of Business Services with clerical and administrative tasks, contributing to the efficient daily operations of the office.
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to learn software programs quickly
Hourly Rate: $9.75
