Program Coordinator II
Join Northeast Ohio Medical University’s Department of Family and Community Medicine as a part‑time Program Coordinator II. This role contributes to meaningful work in a collaborative academic environment, coordinating the Accelerated Family Medicine Track Program and supporting program operations and stakeholder engagement.

- Pay Grade: MN7
- Pay Rate: $20.99–$24.12 per hour (commensurate with experience)
- Facilitate student recruitment, application, selection, and enrollment, including off‑ramping contingencies.
- Create and coordinate program schedules and calendars.
- Create, manage, and update program materials and maintain the program website.
- Develop implementation and monitoring strategies for students on different graduation timelines to ensure timely graduation and overall program success.
- Interface with internal and external stakeholders for successful program implementation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, and industry partners.
- Oversee day‑to‑day program implementation to align with established goals and objectives.
- Monitor program progress and address any issues or challenges that arise during implementation.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among partners involved in program delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for program improvement and expansion.
- Develop program objectives, goals, and timelines; outline program requirements and deliverables with program managers.
- Coordinate logistics for program activities, including scheduling meetings, securing venues, and arranging necessary resources.
- Provide administrative support to program managers: schedule meetings, prepare agendas, draft correspondence, maintain documentation, files, and records.
- Assist in budget planning and resource allocation; track expenditures and ensure spending remains within approved budgets.
- Prepare financial reports and documentation related to program funding and expenses.
- Develop systems for collecting program data and maintaining accurate records of program activities.
- Compile and analyze program data to measure performance and outcomes; prepare regular reports and presentations on program progress, impact, and effectiveness.
- Implement quality assurance measures to ensure programs meet established standards and objectives.
- Conduct program evaluations and gather feedback from stakeholders to inform program enhancements and adjustments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Three years of related work experience in an administrative/department coordinator role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in higher education.
Must be able to utilize a phone, computer, and other office equipment.
