Administrative Assistant Responsibilities- Receiving patients in accordance with the institution's operational process and procedure standards, as well as legal regulations
- Performs all administrative tasks related to patient processes, ensuring the accuracy of patient data and all operational procedures concerning patient interactions
- Archives patient-related data in accordance with prescribed standards and legal regulations
- Responsible for scheduling and managing patient records within the internal database
- Handles billing for services provided
- High school diploma
- Excellent communication skills
- English language proficiency
- Computer literacy
- Work in a positive, team-oriented environment
- Security and stability, with opportunities for advancement
