Physical Requirements Sitting at computer workstation for extended periods. Intermittent repetitive motion. Standing, walking, occasional pushing/pulling/lifting objects up to 50 pounds. Job related travel.
Shift Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm.
Job Summary Ambulatory Services Administration is seeking a detail-oriented, self-sufficient and responsible individual to provide administrative and clerical support with a strong emphasis on accounts payable and calendar/meeting management.
Duties will include but are not limited to: calendar/meeting management, scheduling meetings, processing travel reimbursements and itinerary, cross-coverage for receptionist duties and other relevant business support functions such as creating pivot charts or PowerPoint presentations.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities Microsoft Office Suite, include Excel, Word, Adobe, Outlook, Access etc. Also need high standard initiatives, confidentiality and responsibility.
Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No
Preferred Education/Experience Associate’s degree plus four or more years related administrative experience preferred.
