, we're passionate about empowering children with medical complexities through compassionate, skilled pediatric care. We're looking for a friendly, organized Office Coordinator to help keep our center running smoothly while supporting our incredible team, families, and patients.

• Providing outstanding customer service to families and visitors
• Answering phones and assisting with family communication
• Supporting our nursing leadership with administrative tasks
• Managing employee and client attendance
• Coordinating with Billing, HR, Finance, IT, Purchasing, and other support teams
• Helping create a positive, organized environment for everyone
• Being willing to step in wherever you're needed

• High school diploma or GED (business school graduate may substitute for experience)
• 3+ years of administrative or office experience
• Strong computer and communication skills
• Willingness to learn multiple software platforms
• Experience with Microsoft Office and healthcare software is a plus
• Current CPR (BLS) certification
• Current negative TB (PPD) test
• Ability to interact warmly and effectively with children of all ages
