• Solid hands‑on experience as a Technician or Production Tech
• Manufacturer or ASE certs? Even better.
• Valid driver’s license and clean record
• Able to lift 50 lbs. daily
• Team player, reliable, and ready to roll
• High school diploma or GED
• Passable background check and strong work references
