We're looking for an expert Automotive Shop Foreman to lead our team. This is a critical role for a hands‑on leader who can drive productivity, mentor technicians, and champion the quality that defines the Walker Automotive Way. You'll be responsible for overseeing all shop operations, leading by example, and ensuring our customers receive the best possible automotive repair experience.

• Lead by Example: Embody our mission through exceptional professionalism, quality, and integrity in all aspects of your work.
• Technician Oversight: Mentor a team of skilled technicians, monitor their productivity, and hold them accountable to all Walker Automotive policies and procedures.
• Drive Productivity: Ensure the team's efficiency and manage the job board to reflect current and upcoming tasks.
• Hands‑On Work: Personally produce hours per week on your own tasks.
• Training and Development: Hold weekly training meetings with your technicians to provide ongoing education and reinforce company processes.
• Shop Management: Oversee the regular inspection and maintenance of shop equipment and ensure the shop is clean and presentable for customers at all times.

This is a role for a top-tier industry expert. The following certifications are non‑negotiable:

• ASE Master Certified
• ASE L1 certificate
• ASE Hybrid Certified
• Light Duty Diesel Certified

This is a leadership role with high expectations for performance and accountability. Failure to uphold the requirements of the position may result in demotion or termination.

• Unmatched Pay & Earning Potential:
  Earn between $85,000 and $120,000 per year. Your income is a combination of your personal flagged hours plus a lucrative weekly bonus tied directly to your team's total productivity.
